Our Expanded Long Form for Chimney and Fireplace Inspections
Picture
If you like to have an inspection format that took you from the driveway to the top of the chimney, our Expanded Long Forms are right for you. These forms are a step by step process sequenced the way you would do the inspection. Points to follow and check off as you do the inspection process.  These forms include the format within the scope of a Level 1 and Level 2 Inspections as required by NFPA 211 and items listed in the Annex.
Our Expanded Long Forms include four categories. The categories for these forms are:
  • Masonry Fireplace with or without a Hearth Appliance
  • Masonry Thimble Chimney serving an Appliance - Liquid Fuel(s) or Solid Fuel
  • Prefabricated Chimney Serving an Appliance - Liquid Fuel or Solid Fuel
  • Prefabricated Chimney & Fireplace
Within these forms, the inspection items are broken down into subcategories which contain locations and items to be inspected.  For instance, one of the segments include Drive Up Exterior Views. This would list items that can be seen from the ground.
You can use our PDF Forms with Digital Services such as:
  • CRM Programs
    • example: Smart Service, Service Pal, and Service Titan
  • QuickBooks
  • Microsoft office 365 PC or Mac
  • Android or iPad using Adobe Acrobat
These digital PDFs can be as simple as filling out the boxes or allow you to get more creative in presenting your inspection. They can also be used in conjunction with the above databases, even attached to QuickBooks accounts. These forms can be the data gathering process for your company, not for the customer. From this data you can give the customer a summary page which provides a call to action for the customer from a form which covers the entire installation and is much easier for them to understand.
At the bottom of the page, we have some samples of our Masonry Fireplace Electronic Inspection Forms.
